We try to make everything easy and fun for you. We help with the cleanup and also supply:

• Covered reception area and sides to enclose reception for up to 200 people
• You can seat more than 200 people in the yard area itself
• Gazebo will hold at least 25 people and is wired for electricity. It's a great place to hold your wedding and later for the band to play in.
• The dance area has with a concrete floor and will hold up to fifty people.
• Our beautiful flower gardens are lovely in all seasons, surrounding the entire yard and within it
• Two garden ponds with goldfish and koi
• Since we're off the road, you get the privacy and intimacy that you won't find anywhere else
• Fire pit where you can have an evening bonfire
• Horseshoe pit
• Plenty of parking is available in the upper field next to property.
• Three refrigerators under covered area
• 250 white chairs (which look especially good against the green grass) and 15 tables for your dining and seating for the wedding
• 100 cup coffee pot
• Covered smoking area separate from the other areas
• Two Port-A-Johns

Heart of the Hills Ranch has a cabin for grooms and groomsman to get ready in and a place for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. The cabin can also be rented on a nightly basis.

Almost all areas are wheelchair accessible.

Final payment is due two weeks prior to your event. For two day rentals, we open at 11 a.m. on Friday of your event and close at 11 p.m. on Saturday. There will be an additional charge for each half hour after 11 p.m.

There are a number of catering businesses available in our area, including flower shops that deliver and bakeries that deliver the cake for your special day.

If traveling from out of Helena area let us know as we can give you a list of motels, restaurants, car rental at the Helena Regional Airport, and limos available.

We cannot assume responsibility for personal injury, medical payments or property loss or damage. You will be asked to acknowledge this statement by signing a release before your outing begins.
